By accessing any part of the ANGKORBOOKING.COM website, you consent to be bound by these Terms.
2. We facilitate confirmed bookings for certain travel services including accommodation. We do not provide, own or run any travel agencies ourselves.
3. We also provide free motor-trailer pickup service between the arrival point to the hotel. It is the driver responsibility to provide you with the pickup services.
4. Our local team is only responsible to answer your calls and do its best to give you an answer.
4. Your contract is with the travel services provider, not ANGKORBOOKING.COM. It is the travel services provider's responsibility to provide you with the travel services.
5. If you need to cancel please contact us at least twenty-four hours before arrival. Check with the travel services provider about their cancellation politics.
6. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
7. In the highly unlikely event of a problem arising, our liability to you, if any, is limited to the deposit and that reservation fee you paid. |
